Water Tank & Brick Base Kit - 1:43.5 Scale (7mm:1')

The kit comprises the following model components to build one water tank:

• brick base
• water tank
• tank access cover
• brass feed pipe
• brass operator's chain
• outlet valve and filler hose

The kit has fantastically fine details and you can view these in the 3D model that is alongside the product images. Please note that the colours in the 3D image are for visual purposes only.

The upper tank is available separately should you wish to build your own base or use the tank in some other way.

The kit does require assembly.

This is a static non-functional model.

Tank, base and filler components are made from durable grey SLA resin and are supplied unpainted for you to paint to match your railway period and location.

Brass rod and chain are in chemically blackened brass.

The model represents a typical single cast iron tank sitting on top of a brick base. The tank is operated by a chain at one side and the outlet is a flexible hose (solid in the model) that can be isolated by a hand valve on the outlet pipe.

The tank part is based on a tank that exists at Beamish open air museum, the base and other details are a freelance design.
