Forge Model Works: Custom Model Process

We believe that it's important that you, as our customers, know how our process works for dealing with custom modelling projects. The sequence below is a good summary of the usual process:
Step 1:
Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Click this box to open a new email or call us on 01723 336322.
In your email please include as much information as you can, including any sketches or drawings of your project.
Step 2:
We discuss the project with you and send you a short specification of the work together with a cost.
If it's a large project we may also show some intermediate steps where you can check what we are doing and make stage payments.
Step 3:
You sign-off the proposal and make either a full or initial payment, depending on the size and type of project.
Step 4:
We carry out and deliver the project.
You review the project at any agreed stages and make payments as agreed.
The project is complete.
