At Forge Model Works we have three strands to our approach to quality:

·         Quality and Clarity  of communication

We want you to be able to enjoy using our products and services,  that’s why we aim to always communicate clearly.  We are happy to chat about model stuff on line or in person and to hear form you if you have any product ideas.  When we provide design or manufacturing services we will provide a firm quotation of cost and a firm delivery timescale.  Depending on the complexity of the model we may also set up several sign-off stages for you to approve things as the project progresses and we will use 3D model information to show you what the model looks like. ·         Quality of product

Our product descriptions are set up to explain clearly what our products are, what they can do and how you can use them.  When it comes to individual product quality, whether a standard item or a custom item we check all products individually to make sure that they are of the high quality that you and we expect. If you have any product quality issues then do get in touch and we will deal with them immediately.

·         Quality of information

One benefit of developing our designs using 3D CAD is that we can also use that information to set up clear product instructions.  We do that by creating product instructions in a standard format with clear parts lists and exploded diagrams.  These are available for all our products and can be downloaded from our website.  As always, if you need any further product help then get in touch and we can sort things out.
